How do you know when a limiting belief has been changed?

Typically limiting beliefs stop you from doing something or A LOT of things. Usually after a Belief Coding® session, whatever the limiting belief was stopping you from doing, you just automatically do it. There's no resistance, no second-guessing, you just do it.

Why?

Because the emotional charge that was keeping that belief activated is no longer there. I've come to believe that emotions or rather unresolved, unprocessed emotions are like the juice in a battery. Emotions generate a lot of energy, like A LOT. And they give power to whatever they are supplying or connected to.

Suppressing an emotion won't take away the charge. In fact, the longer it is suppressed or the more emotions that are suppressed, will create pressure within our physical body and subtle energy body. It has to come out somehow. We may start having physical ailments, or have emotional outbursts or just feel more raw where normal stimulation (sight, sound, touch, etc) will be way too much and you'll have to isolate in order to cope. Emotions need to fully process and run their course.

We're human. We're supposed to have emotions. And in general emotions are not bad. They give life color. The movie Pleasantville is a great example of a world without emotion - just gray and boring. When we start to process unresolved emotions we can then start to embrace and appreciate life's full spectrum of color.
